This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, how we use it, and the rights you have under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
We only collect personal data you choose to provide through our forms — your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message — together with limited technical data your browser sends automatically (such as IP address and basic usage analytics) to keep the site secure and working.

Information you submit via our forms. When you contact us or apply for a role, we collect the details you provide (name, email, phone, company, message, and any file or CV you upload) along with your IP address and the page you submitted from. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry or application and to keep a record of it, and we issue you a reference number for follow-up.
Service providers. To deliver and protect these forms we use Cloudflare Turnstile (bot and spam protection) and Google Workspace (Gmail email delivery). These providers process limited data on our behalf and may store it outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; we share only what is necessary for the service.
Retention. We keep form submissions for 12 months, and applicant files (CVs) for the recruitment cycle plus 12 months, after which they are securely deleted, unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing engagement.
Your rights for submissions. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data you submitted by emailing info@apexaether.sa, quoting your reference number where applicable.
We process your data on the basis of your consent (which you may withdraw at any time), to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to pursue our legitimate business interests in a way that respects your rights.
We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the website and respond to enquiries (for example, our form-handling and hosting providers), under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms. We may also disclose data where required by law or competent authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Where any provider processes data outside the Kingdom, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection consistent with the PDPL.
We keep personal data only for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted.
